Let me get this straight
From Symantec:
Note: A recipient must click on the link, and download and execute the file. The file is a copy of the worm.

You get an instant message with a link in it, you have to click on that link to open up your browser and go to a website, click on another link on the website to download the file, accept all the warnings that this could be a harmful program, run the file, and then you get infected? Wouldn't it be easier just to ask the person to walk down to the server room and start pulling power cords?
