But what about the SOHO/personal users?
What about their IT Directors and extensively tested configurations? Oh, wait, they don't have any.

True, any medium to large business that gets congfiguration problems due to the update deserve what they get for not preparing. However, I'm much more worried about the small guys who don't know what's coming, how to test, or avoid it. Imagine a small printing business with special apps and everything crashes. An work at home accountant... uh oh, right before tax day!
There's exceptions to every rule Enterprises should be prepared, it's the smaller people I'm worried about.
