Russian police: 'Our hackers are the best'

Bragging or crying?: It was hard to tell from the article. Hmmm, Russians are good at their maths? Wanna race to the moon? How about nuke plants that don't melt half a country? Hey I know, how about subs that can come back to the surface?

The fallacy that one group of homo sapiens is better at "maths" than another is both out dated and plain wrong. The sad part in this is the fellow believes it and propagates myth instead of doing the home work to figure out what's really happening, why it's happening, and how to address it.
