That's software bub.

That is the nature of software. It has nothing to do with Microsoft.

When you have a code base a large as windows and a timeframe for shipping code is tight, you have bugs.

It is good that Microsoft is actually patching the bugs. Many companies just ignore them, or pretend it is someone else's fault.
