eCommerce Security / Virus

As the white collar crime increases, the public or
consumers always pay the price. Rather than continue
to increase the security and require 3 forms of identity, I
think more effort and dollars should be put into
identifying and stopping the abuse. Jail is not an
alternative, as it does not prevent nor does it
rehabilitate. I suggest a method developed that would
prevent them from any form of computer access, and
any form of computer education or knowledge, along
with several years of mandatory training in the areas
where rehab is required.

I personally will discontinue shopping and banking on
the internet if any further delays, or levels of security are
required. It is already becoming too frustrating trying to
get anything done with all the levels of security
compounded with bleeding edge technology that is
always unstable.
