(forgot to say) i completely disagree and find it against the spirit and laws of what this nation was founded on.

it think it should be criminal for a business to hold personal data on an individual unless it's pertinent to that business.

for example, i have no problem with round table pizza keeping info on what pizza i order. i WOULD have a problem with round table giving my into to an entity that specializes in data collection for health care and pharm companies.

just my opinion.
