why facilitate this though?
Yes, I'm aware that true anonymity is largely a pipe dream. However, I don't think we should be numb to any kind of Big Brother legislation or devices just on that account.
I work in IT, but aren't aware of how to do what you mentioned. And I'm sure most everyone on the street doesn't know how to do it either. So why set up IDs which can be potentially hacked by any Tom, Dick or Harry out there who's willing to purchase a card reading device?

PS -- Hey Squawky, I'll be e-mailing you soon at the addy you provided so we can get started on debunking the bogus 9/11 story. It should be interesting..:-)
