So what is the big deal about this. Got a quick pass on your vehicle for toll roads? You are tracked through the city and contrary to the apologists you are identifiable also. Use a credit card? Your movements and intentions are defined by your purchases. Got a cell phone? You know that your calls can be traced. Got OnStar? You can be tracked. You think there are not other entities that have the tech to monitor the OnStar system?

From your name (real name) I can locate you from clues you leave in your posts and then go online to public records of your county, get your address, tell you how much your house costs, taxes, what kind of car you have, get your license plate number and then I will have to travel to physically scan the records to get your DL number and if I am really lucky and your county has not purged your SSAN from their public records (and I would get lucky BTW) I can get that too. All this info about you for free btw. Ya just gotta know where to look.

Think your vote is secret? Nope. When you vote in the primaries you vote in a particular parties elections. Statistics show that very few people change their votes in the gen election. Election rolls are public.

Technology just makes it easier that's all. As I have said before it ain't the pros you have to worry about it is the amateurs. A few non conspiracey theory sites you might be interested in.
