MS offers thousands to catch the virus writers, but won't pay a penney,
if you tell them about a serious vulnerability and save thier customers millions in future damages. That is just really smart, goes to show how much they care about you, the customer. Also shows the flawed logic of trying to find and punish virus writers after the fact rather than make a more secure OS.
