- Fed up of having to re-install
- I think this version of Internet security 2005 is a heap of junk - all the previous versins I have used have performed OK - I keep having to re-install the package because otherwise I am unable to download updates to threats - each time I do this I have to download every update released since the CD was written - They say there is no way I can save all the hours of downloaded updates I have done then reinstall them - it has to be done from their server - with a 56K modem one file alone is practically the 2 hours my ISP allows at a time - it comes up with several coded faults like 'my support has run out' seems to be it's favourite - code LU9002 - it thinks it was registered 12/30/1899 - I follow their destructions it fixes it for a day or so then reverts back - totally miffed
