the only linux virii i have seen...
basically are scripts that run if the machine has some specific vulnerability that was fixed before the virus came out. my ssh logs show a set of failed logins in the hundreds from invalid users and root. i found out that there was a vulnerability in the sshd where you could gain access under some whatever circumstance and there is a script that finds boxes and infects them if not patched. where do most of the ips come from? yep, japan and china. youd think they would upgrade stuff. geez.
