the way i see it...
check it out, if a system is flawed, yeah, people who exploit it should be punished. to an extent. as mentioned above, too harsh a punishment would cause resentment and push him in a bad direction. but, if you are trying to build an empire you need someone to knock you down a few times so you can learn from the mistakes. he didnt kill the giant, he just used someone elses brilliant work to make a bruise where the original writers work actually made a cut.

he wasnt original, he used someone elses code that he (scriptk1dd13) maybe modified something like a comment or something to make it his own. it may have been more effective if it was first.
