Not an Issue in my Environment - go figure
It has been a long time since my end users have been infected, knowledge, diligence and end-user training has been tantamount in circumventing an outbreak.

I really don't believe MicroScoff should be held as the bad guy here. It is still the deviants that insist on accessing and exploiting these vulnerabilities that are to blame. Sure MicroScoff has problems but if no one was hacking at their products for notorious means there would be no concern. MicrosCoff did not produce the code(s) that wreaks havoc on their products to show their own vulnerability and lack of foresight.

I am sure every COBOL programmer that wrote a 2 digit year wished they hadn't. But it got fixed and life went on. MicroScoff fixes and life goes on.
I am sure I would look at Linsux again one day, but not till my current licensing expires ... LOL.
And then it will be facing the same things Windoze faced, and I'll bow to Big Bill (there ya go IT-anal-yst).

The bottom line is if no one wrote an exploit there would be no need for concern. But idiots do and therein lies the truth. So whether you are a Linsux zealot or a Windoze doctor, virii and spam suck and we should be united in the front against the proprietors of these torments not throwing knives at one another. Because soon enough the exploits will become targeted to Linsux as the criminals realize there is another platform to expand their attacks towards.
I mean if MicroScoff can fall prey with the development teams backing them at their disposal what really makes you so ****-sure that under a concentrated effort Linsux would not fail?
Pipe dreams baby, thems pipe dreams!
