What about the "Mechanics"
I'm a consultant I go to different shops both private sector and government. And one of the biggest problems I see is that most administrators don't see the value in educating users who don't want to be educated in the first place.
When dealing with large networks it is much more desirable to prevent the problem as opposed to recovering from it.
I have a large test network at home, large for a home network anyway, and even my ten year old knows not to download or open anything without understanding what it is.
We all know admins that are unapproachable, that won't risk teaching the "petty" users to do his job. We don?t need to create ?mechanics? just good drivers.
