Stupid User Error
I most heartly agree that in some cases it is unfair to blame the user, but when the user fails to heed the advice of almost every computer professional on the planet, Linux, Mac, Windows UNIX or other wise, then they must take some responsibility for their actions. I have one client who is constantly getting spyware and other crap on his computer and the bottom line is it is his fault. He continues to install software without reading the license agreement and he is continually visiting sites that should not be visited. His computer is properly patched and he gets caught by social engineering tricks every time!!!
