Absolutely true. I'll even say that, as an example, if an accused child pornographer gets caught with pictures on his pc.....there is no crime, he is a sick bastage, but he didn't do anything other than download a photo. Or maybe some porn adware did it........Unless he has a room full of children and cameras. Lawmakers are slowly moving us into the "he meant to break the law" society and they are using computers to do it. And the lawyers will go right along with it, hoping to get rich or gain some recognition.
