typos?

Dear sir, or madam;

Cognitive conceit is not a novelty to any parent. But, I just have a few questions: 1) Why do you start this, uh, comment, with an elipsis? 2) Is English your native language? 3) Do you really consider AIDS to be a "sanitary problem"? 4) Let me redact for a moment (I can't help it, it's somehow built into my brain): "Same as with AIDS and with other sanitary problems" is a sentence fragment. "Think" is misspelled, as is "monetary" and "consciously" ("Webster's Third New International Dictionary of the English Language Unabridged" is an excellent reference). I have no notion of how to cope with "...but in their functional structure (the individuals) reacted to that". More...
