I don't know enough about it, but it may be that older
versions of Safari don't support IDN and so aren't
vulnerable.

The other issues are in regard to AFP server and file
permissions, which are pretty trivial (who really cares about
a DoS attack on the AFP server?) and would all be pretty
hard to expoit if you're behind a gateway or firewall.

I don't think any of the issues relate to OS 9.

On the other hand, it seems they would have been pretty
easy to fix across all versions of OS X.
