Mike, know your executives.
These are people who would not touch a computer for $1 million. That's less than 1/10 of their annual salary, and they'd be so shattered and diminished in the estimation of their peers that they'd start apologizing to complete strangers at the country club.

It's your job to say, "All is secure."

Doesn't matter what happens after that as long as it doesn't become a line item in the monthly revenue report.

It's your job to make sure that those paid insignificant amounts can use Windows and Office in peace.
