Need something like a "Do Not Call" List...

These data sellers should offer an "Opt out" so that if anyone uses your SS# the requester would not get any report, similar to a "Credit Freeze" offered in California or Texas. And if the data sellers fight this, they and only they should be completely liable for any loss for enabling such lax security.

It remains to be seen if politicians will actually stand up to big business on this matter.
