- The only time I get
- those paranoid moments where I think maybe those theories of the virus writers/AV developers being the same, is when I read an article like this. They already have an open Beta and just happen to have found the perfect time to announce it(couple days after a Symbian virus makes news). If I wasn't drug free these days, I be more than a little skeptical. But again this does help to establish a point many make on here. Popularity of an OS(and by that I mean many millions of end users) does put a target on one's chest. In any event, I don't think cell users should have to pay for AV now too. Does this mean that every single end-user and networked item created from now until the end of time will need AV? My fridge caught a virus and now it's cooking all my food. My TV caught a virus and now it speaks Bulgarian. My phone caught a virus and now all my calls go to some guy in Nigeria asking me for money. Will it end? At some point, there has to be a better solution and doesn't bottleneck the networks, at the same time.
