I thought they had 30 days from when the order was signed, which I thought was happening today. Or was it last Friday? Haven't checked Groklaw today.

Either way getting 30 days to respond, over Xmas and New Years no less, is definitely and positively f&cked. SCO trying to claim specific internal servers being targeted today is just hilarious. Why haven't they shut off the bad guy IP's? Why weren't critical internal systems off on their own sub-net in the first place? This isn't going to buy them anything, judges don't like being treated like chumps.

The best thing IBM could do is offer to help SCO isolate their connection problems and boost their network security. Hehe.
