Right vs. Wrong
Simply put:
If it doesn't belong to you, you leave it alone or you ask permission to touch it.

This holds true in our society and virtually every other society since the dawn of history.

Whether SCO is "low and dirty" , whether the lawsuit is "obviously bogus", whether SCO is even worthy of continued existence, they have an absolute right to expect their systems to be left alone and to operate in any legal manner they see fit.
If they are operating illegally, it is up to the court system, not vigilantes to determine their guilt and mete out punishment.
If we allow ourselves to toss out the rule of law, then sociey cannot survive. History has shown that anarchy (which is *precisely* what is being advocated)does not and cannot create a viable (much less prosperous) society.

In short..find the person(s) fomenting the attack, punish them and let the courts deal with SCO.
