Too little, too late, but I don't think the goose that's laid golden eggs for commerce will be dissected quite yet. Too much $$$ involved for major restrictions on these credit information warehouses. Profits would come to a grinding, screeching halt. Spend a little on monitoring, tweaking, and encryption of computer databases to detect, and deter, unlawful dissemination of confidential financial information.
