I hope these people fold under the pressure
Even though I couldnt be that lucky. Choicepoint once confused my information with another person, resulting in them reporting to my insurance company that I had 3 DUI's on my driving record. Obviously a serious issue, could I reslove the problem quickly? Nope. No contact for choicepoint, insurance company refused to accept any data other than choicepoints, including a copy on record with the DMV. Instead, I had to wait 2 weeks for choicepoint to mail me a form, fill it out, mail it back, and wait another 2 weeks for a response. Then it took them 3 more weeks to update my records in there database. This debacle cost me over $1500 because I ended up switching insurance companies, because I had to have insurance while all this was going on. If only I could afford and/or it was econimical, I would sue the pants off the incomptent people. Burn in H*ll Choicepoint.
