I would be content...
if there was a "do not reveal" list along the same lines as the "do not call" list. It may hurt some folks who want a loan, or a job, but at my age those things are not an issue. It would be voluntary on the consumers' part and prevent companies like ChoicePoint from revealing any information about me. If I was the victim of identity theft because ChoicePoint screwed up, I would sue them for any damage I sustained.
