Why is Symantec so far behind in the Anti-Spyware/Adware game?

They way they act, it's not even on their radar.

And the way their current product handles the few Spyware's it detects, it confuses the daylights out of users and causes nothing more more and more calls to Help Desks.

This is not what we need from Symantec
