Man, people patenting ways to protect yourself.
Did anybody every patent raising your arm when someone swings at you??? If so, you could get sued when you raise your arm in a dark alley to protect yourself.

The patent process amounts to little more than people going out ahead and putting flags on the mountains. You get there first, it's yours.
