unrestricted torts are a big problem.
Sorry. I don't want to pay an extra 10 bucks every single time I go to the doctor because someone lucked out and got 33 million in pain and suffering.

The system we have in texas- unlimited medical bills but limited pain and suffering is reasonable.

The issue is they need a way to go after the executive's money. That is the only thing that stops this. Right now executives take high pay, do terrible things and then skip away leaving the corporation to pay the bills behind them. Our current corporate law creates this problem.
