While I agree there have been abuses...still taking away
the common man/womens ability to get justice and recompence
in cases where the mega corp has done legitimate wrong is NOT
the answer. Perhaps reviewing why a judge did NOT throw a
case out of court when it is painfully obvious that the case was a
sham....putting the judges very job on the line. Or better still
before every such case an panel representing people from the
legal proffesion, the mega corps and the average citizen
determine if a case is to be brought before a judge. Maybe
instead of lawyer representing the legal proffesion on this panel
it would be Law Proffesors, and those who represent coroporate
interests would be retired CEO's and such.
