Holy yellow journalism, Batman!
C'mon, call this piece what it really is: a FUD-laced op-ed. For example, where's the journalistic objectivity in statements like:

"Afraid Microsoft's anti-spyware will muck up your hard drive, causing the erasure of your digital photos, music collection and work files?"

or

"Most people's eyes glaze over when it comes time to read a software license agreement and simply click "yes" to authorize a new program to install."

The first quote is pure FUD, since, to the best of my knowledge, there have been no reports of MS Anti-Spyware causing "erasure of your digital photos, music collection and work files". Please prove otherwise, if you can.

The second quote assumes facts not in evidence. I hate it when people use subjective claims like "most people". Show me a study that proves what most people do or don't do. The little blurb on PC Pitstop is entertaining, but fails to identify the control group and test subjects.

Just slap the "Commentary" tag on this piece, and you're all set.
