I got your band, right here. Firefox vs. IE
Besides which, as far as I can see, and if I want to I can actually go look for more in the code, Firefox has had 9-10 vulnerabilites reported, in the last 3 1/2 months. TWO of them were stated as critical.
Meanwhile IE6 has had culmative critical patches every couple of months since OCT 2001, at least 27; Which only server to remind me how old IE6 really is.( I really didn't think it was that old).
While, I realize that new methods of compromising software are developed by hackers all the time; and that no complex software is completely secure; I'll take Firefox over IE everytime.
Even now with adware blockers, and Nortons, I cringe when I have to open IE for something, just anticipating the next adware or virus I'm going to get with IE. That's why there is a huge band playing the Firefox tune.

BTW, Why is it I keep hearing that IE has 95% of users use IE, when all the website logs I check say its people browse with it a bit over 80% of the time? Not a fact, just a question.
