Spyware infiltrates blogs

Yes it is illegal so why dont we sue: The people of that company can be found and they should be whipped with a cane. But will they?.. no.. the spyware continues to flourish messing up the worlds computers and the internet. WE should not be mad at MS IE, we should sue spyware companies for purposely sending harmful programs just like a virus. Spyware ACT says deceptive practices and invasion of privacy are not allowed.
