Passwords aren't going anywhere ,,,
... because nomatter what system is implementeed, so long is it relies on some sort of digital "token", somebody else will figure out how to crack it.

Some of the biometric systems might be more secure, but they require specialized hardware and software that would be far too exepensive for most. Plus, many of the biometric systems that have been shown thus far have been cracked easier than passwords.
