- As one who has completed some 8 and going on 9th SOX audit in the last two years, this article is not surprizing. What is surprizing and not mentioned is that the issues management must grapple with are the same ones audit and security has been presenting for remediation for the last 15 years. So, it took the threat of jail to get management on the right track. Maybe if ChoicePoint had listened closer, they would not have been in the pickle that they are in now.
