I would be interested to see how effective it would be for MS to offer a reward for those that can successfully exploit their new browser. Offer a 90-day period in which successful hacks that are fully submitted to MS would be paid for. Make it a substantial reward, escalating based on severity. Set an outside, independent auditor to determine success. In short, let them put their money where their mouth is. They wouldn't have to release source. It's never been needed before to exploit MS products.
