It's not how often you move
Sure, that would work fine if the credit bureaus were tracking 100 people. But they're not, they track everyone. You're talking about them employing hundreds of people to make phone calls to verify address changes. They're not going to pay for that themselves, they're going to pass that on to lenders. And lenders are going to pass that on to you.

If you really want things to change, though, go complain to your representative about the Fair Credit Reporting Act. That's the regulation that they need to follow. If it's not in it, don't expect them to go out of their way to provide it.
