Quit trying to turn this into a technology issue or MS v. Linux (or whatever religion you belong to). The fact that people can open legitimate accounts DOES directly demonatrate how they could get access to other people's data because that's the point of setting up the account. ChoicePoint sells other people's data. This had nothing to do with what platform they run on but rather indicates poor business processes.
