I don't know if I'd call them the victims
It's like saying bad drivers who get into lots of car accidents are victims. If anything they are part of the problem. It doesn't matter that another criminal putting oil on the road when you have another twit willing to speed through it.

I've never had a problem with viruses or trojans. I feel no need to have AV software slowing my system down 24/7. I do scan once a month and I have never had a virus.
