I agree with you that the issues are getting worse. As computers become the clerical and lower mangement workers of the future, regs already in place (SOX, GLBA, HIPAA, etc) will be much more stringent. My model 2015 robot had better not get a virus. Can I give a robot a virus, have it do my dirty work, and then walk away without any blame.

Maybe we can start by putting Bill Gates in jail. Anyone up for a vote?
