Of course not... DRM always provides a way to break it!
Big problem for DRM designers: At some point, the audio or video must be displayed to the user. And nothing prevents the user from recording the content and creating an unprotected copy. Although this is sometimes referred to as the "analog hole", it is important to note that this doesn't always mean analog copying. A user can create digital copies if he or she can emulate a device, such as creating virtual displays or virtual speakers.

The next best line of defense is the use of watermarking to "trace" copies... but currently, watermarks are very easy to defeat.

"No DRM is perfect" because the DRM system is specifically designed to have a "backdoor": The authorized user (or at least, what the DRM system thinks is the authorized user) must have a way of viewing the content.
