Spying criminal
Spying, in and of itself is not necessarily a criminal activity. Lets see Jeff, you were reading your computer's logs and noticed some spyware was installed - but you never notified them that you were recording their installation! Jeff, you can't use that information against them, since you broke the law by "taping" their "conversation" with your computer. What ya gonna do now Jeff? wink
