What on God's green earth has the quality of IT workers got to do with the subject of this article? These are scammers, posing as legitimate businesses, buying the data under false pretenses.

I am impressed though, that you didn't attempt to pull Linux/Windows into the debate. It has about as much bearing on the subject at hand as does your point, and it would have been a comparable argument to yours.
