i mean it started by taking the windowing plans from mac, why not follow suit and integrate a linux or bsd backbone? :P
it might be taking so long since *NIX clones are "hard to figure out" as possibly stated by ballmer, finishing with "it will take many man hours and late nights for our windows only developers to learn and understand linux and its security benefits"
