All AV packages are brutal failures
No one should even bother with an antivirus package. They do not work. They are the equivilant of giving a tetnus shot to a corpse. The new virus (script warhead) comes thru, because we do not have a definition for it, disables the av package, and does what it was programmed to do. You then have to download the removal tool off their website, if it didn't take out the network connection.

Have you ever noticed the tool is released within hours after the outbreak. Hmmmmmmmm.............. Sounds like they got a real racket going on here.

If you insist on using Explorer/Outlook just turn off all scripting & download the removal tools, and keep them on a cd.

I use Mozilla 1.73 with security extensions. I also turned off enable to install programs check box.

Another thing, if you get a security certificate popup don't install it. I got a security popup for mozilla with an xpi extension claim to do this on behalf of mozilla. I knew it was a trogin.

AV packages = Maginoit Line
