Windows is the ONLY OS that REQUIRES antivirus software ...

And now even that antivirus software is opening the door to the bad guys. What a hoot. And this is really only the beginning. Seriously, the people who don't have a clue are the ones who promote tightly integrated OS's that major on complexity and minor on security at the same time they babble on and on as to how they are making everything more secure by the moment. Smart developers start from square one knowing that the world is a dangerous place. Windows was designed from the ground up as a stand alone. No amount of bandaids will fix it nor will any amount of outrage that one's beloved OS is being critiqued. Things on the Windows malware front are not improving and sharp people are catching on to that fact.
