A very sad reflection on developers on the windows
platform (but not surprising when looking at who they give
MSCE's to).

However this doesn't make up for the poor security design
decisions of every piece of MS software which aids malware
at every point.

It is embarrassing that software such as Norton Antivirus
and MYOB require elevated permission to function.
