It's about time
I say give them a taste of their own medicine. Someone should send a real nasty virus to the crooks and the ISP and shut them down for prolong periods of time.

The law doesn't seem to have enough bandwidth or talented enough personnel to be able to track them down and they always get away with it due as prosecution by United States laws are not applicable to them. We DON'T turn our other cheeks! And since it's too dangerous to track them down physically, just eridicate them electronically. I'm in full support.
