Your injury was reason for your freind to speed, it doesn't excuse it.

Doing 137 is dangerous and he could've easily killed you, himself, or some other motorist. Again, he barely had reason to be doing 137, but it would not have been an excuse if he injured someone. Ambulances don't even go that fast, because its not safe, even with the siren and flashing lights.

The cop was wrong for not giving him a ticket.
