Grandstanding
DOS attacks will do little or nothing to deter the fraudsters. Efforts would be better spent identifying them and handing real names, addresses and evidence over to the competant authorities with the understanding that if the authorities choose not to act in a timely manner, the information will be posted to the web for all to see.

Mind you, good detective work is much more difficult, time consuming, and dangerous than vandalism (carelessness could get you killed), but it is what is necessary to expose the swindlers, and put them in prison where they belong.
